Patricia Chua is the Associate Marketing Director of PropNex Realty Pte Ltd – one of Singapore’s largest real estate companies. She is affiliated with Powerful Negotiators, in Propnex No.1 division at PropNex Realty Singapore.

The team achieved a record-breaking sales every year since 2007 and to date they have commissioned more than S$70 million in sales in 2015. This shows the trust and confidence of clients have on the team’s ability to deliver professional service and exceptional results.

She graduated with Bachelor in Computing and was in the IT industry for more than 10 years. Her original purpose of getting a real estate certification was simply to learn enough to buy property in Singapore. Curiosity grew into a strong passion for the Singapore property market. She switched career to Real Estate in 2012.

Given her positive attitude towards striving the best for clients at all times, she will first listen to what they want and identify their objective(s) and share her thoughts and advices base on what works best for them.
